4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

and reason for return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you

once we receive the original back.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your

original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Caring for your micro-crochet jewelry is super easy!

The main thing is to keep it dry—both when you’re wearing it and when you’re storing it. Try not to get it wet or leave it out in the sun for too long, since that can mess with the color and texture over time.

Also, when you’re not wearing your jewelry, handle it gently. Avoid bending it or letting it get squished under anything heavy to help keep its shape.
